Qualifications
- Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - IDFPR; Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - AHA
- Education: Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)
- Work Experience: Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with assistance, demonstrates safe and appropriate body mechanics, respects patients and colleagues, designs appropriate plan of care, evaluates clinical findings, performs examinations, produces documentation, screens patients, uses support personnel, monitors care, completes annual education, evaluates and implements intervention plans, utilizes standardized outcomes measures, completes documentation, collaborates with patient, family and significant others, provides supervision to PTA and rehabilitation technicians, clearly communicates patient performance, change in status, activity/transfer recommendations, and recommendations for discharge disposition and equipment required for the next level of care with the medical team.
Benefits
Compensation range: $36.74 per hour - $63.19 per hour.
