Responsibilities
- Plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs for assigned patients in accordance with medical diagnosis and rehabilitation goals, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and interdisciplinary team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Louisiana Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment
