Physical Therapy Clinician

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and mobility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, and function
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
• Previous experience in home health or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
