Physical Therapy Clinical Coordinator

About the role

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Examine, plan and administer physical therapy treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals as well as fulfill management responsibilities under the supervision of the Director of Therapy.
• Aide positions in certain locations.
• Address any employee or patient matters on site as they arise, and work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy in cases where more action is required.

Requirements

• Education required: HS/GED.
• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Must have a current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama.
• Must be CPR Certified.

• Capable of directing staff in a way to ensure an engaging environment for staff and patients that aligns with the goals and mission of TOCAbility.
• Outstanding organizational and writing skills.
• Independent, self-starting and highly motivated.
• Prominent positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history.

Skills

• Effective communication with patients, TOC physicians and staff.
