About the role

Clinic Aides assist all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. This is an entry-level, non-treating position under close supervision by physical & occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff
• Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering phones
• Handle laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., 40 hours per week (no Saturdays).
