The Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) in Frederickson clinic is an entry-level, non-treating position. The primary responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic modality setups, administrative tasks, laundry, stocking exam rooms, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapeutic modality setups as directed by therapy staff
• Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, answering phones
• Handle laundry and stock exam rooms
• Order supplies and manage inventory

Requirements

This is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred but not required.

Skills

Basic computer skills, ability to follow instructions, and a friendly demeanor are necessary. Some knowledge of physical therapy techniques is helpful but not required.
