Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract
About the role
You’ll work with students at a warm and supportive district. Provide primarily consultations to students with disabilities or injuries to improve their mobility, strength, and motor skills, enabling them to better access their education.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation services to students with disabilities or injuries at 5 small schools
- Manage a caseload of less than 50 students
- Collaborate with supportive staff and welcoming schools
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State Oregon BOE License
Qualifications
- Experience working with students with disabilities or injuries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques
- Ability to adapt to different learning environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
