Responsibilities

- Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner - Providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence - Communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare team members - Keeping timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy-PTA - Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study - Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant - Lymphedema Certified-CLT a plus but not required
