About the role

Join Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities. We're looking for a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)

Pay

$65 per treatment (4-unit visit) / $50 for Part B 5-unit visit
