Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA - Full Time

About the role

Full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Hanover, NH. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Our management team has experience in the positions they oversee, ensuring we understand what therapists need to be successful.

The success of our residents relies on the success of our therapists. We prioritize providing the highest quality care to help residents reach their highest level of independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Exhibit good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited PTA 2-year program.
• Current New Hampshire PTA state license or eligibility to apply for NH licensure.
