About the role
Must have graduated from a 2‑year accredited PTA program, passed or be eligible for state boards, and hold a current valid NY PTA license. This full‑time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is in the sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in the Watkins Glen area of Horseheads, NY.
Bethany Nursing Home (part of Bethany Village) is a 122‑bed not‑for‑profit facility offering all levels of care—SNF, ALF, ILF, and independent living cottages and apartments. The facility is in Chemung County, close to Watkins Glen, and is known for strong leadership and a supportive, friendly staff.

Requirements
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
- Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license‑eligible to practice in New York.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
- Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.

Pay
Good Faith Rate Range: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour.
