Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA - Full Time (5k sign-on)
About the Role
Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position available in our Marlborough, MA location. This role is in a bustling 144-bed sub-acute/skilled nursing facility specializing in the geriatric population, covering both sub-acute and long-term care domains.
The facility features a large, well-equipped rehab gym with a car simulator, kitchen, practice tub/shower and bathroom, ACP modalities, staircases, parallel bars, high-low mats, and a standing table. You’ll collaborate with an expansive interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
- Maintain good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.
Requirements
- Graduated from a 2-year accredited PTA program.
- Passed state boards or be eligible to sit for them.
- Hold a current valid Massachusetts PTA license or be license-eligible.

Pay
Good Faith Rate Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
