About the role

Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.

Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.

In-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
