About the role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities while providing compassionate, individualized care. This role involves collaboration with peers, adaptability to patient needs, and a commitment to patient-centered service in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities tailored to patient needs.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Address the whole patient, providing individualized care.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure patients and families receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 - USD $40.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $5,000.00.
