About the role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will work in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab, to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities. Your role involves addressing the whole patient, collaborating with peers, and making referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need to thrive. You will help patients and their families receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
  • Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
  • Address the whole patient, seeing them as an individual.
  • Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
  • Adapt to the needs of patients and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure patients and their families receive high-quality, compassionate service.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $28.00 - USD $34.00 per hour.

Bonus: USD $5,000.00
