About the role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Powerback, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will work in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab, and focus on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities. Your role involves addressing the whole patient, collaborating with peers, and making referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need to thrive. Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs and activities tailored to patient needs.
- Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
- Address the holistic needs of patients, treating them as individuals.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure patients and their families receive high-quality, compassionate service.
- Adapt to the varying needs of patients and work environments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 - USD $38.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $5,000.00.
