About the role

Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available for this opportunity. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments in facility-based settings. You will report to the Director of Rehab and work collaboratively with a team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities as outlined in patient recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Address the holistic needs of patients, treating them as individuals.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Provide high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere for patients and their families.
• Adapt to the varying needs of patients and work environments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $28.00 - USD $33.00 per hour.
