Requirements
- Current NYS PTA License and Registration
- Valid BLS Certification
- EMR Competence
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses
- Monitor and document patient progress
Pay
1099 Independent Contractor: $50 per hour
