About the role
A PRN caregiver in this position works varying days and hours between 7:00AM – 6:00PM.
Responsibilities
- Administer patient centered Physical Therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Observe, communicate and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Plan, organize and implement individualized therapeutic programs with patient/family, incorporating evidence-based practice.
- Provide education on Physical Therapy related subjects to patients, clients, caregivers, hospital personnel and the community.
- Act as a clinical instructor or participate in the education and evaluation of students.
- Act as a resource for volunteers and observers.
Requirements
- Aceess to a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.

Pay
Minimum hourly: $30.00 Maximum hourly: $30.00 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
