Physical Therapy Assistant - Inpatient Rehab

About the role

Provides inpatient rehabilitation support under the supervision of a licensed therapist, assisting patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries to regain movement and manage pain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, and physicians to optimize treatment plans.
• Assist in implementing therapeutic interventions.
• Support patient recovery and pain management efforts.
• Contribute to creating a compassionate, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
