Physical Therapy Assistant, Home Health

About the Role

Provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients, assisting clients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and delegated interventions by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform home visits within designated territories
• Follow treatment plans prescribed by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Support patient recovery and independence

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in Vermont
• Graduate of a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or equivalent experience
• At least one year of work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist’s supervision
