Physical Therapy Aide/Chiropractic Assistant

HealthSource Chiropractic is a fast‑paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic dedicated to helping patients return to the activities they love through chiropractic care, exercise therapy, and other wellness services. We are seeking a high‑energy, patient‑oriented Physical Therapy Aide/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

About the role

This position supports both clinical and business functions, requiring strong phone, computer, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, purpose‑driven, motivated, and a team player who enjoys building professional relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises.
• Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy.
• Screen and mold patients for custom orthotics.
• Manage patient flow through the office.
• Engage in social media marketing.
• Participate in community outreach marketing.

Requirements

• Strong phone, computer, and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
• BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification (preferred but not required).
• Positive attitude, contagious enthusiasm, and a conscientious approach to completing tasks.

Compensation

Hourly compensation based on experience, with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Depending on the individual, the position may also be offered on a salaried basis.
