PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE

Tri-State Physical Therapy (TSPT), a division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapy Aide to join our well-established and growing practice based in our Butler City office. Founded in 2005, TSPT provides a full range of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including physical, occupational, and hand therapy services. Our therapy providers work closely with physicians and rely on a strong clinical support team to assist with patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in the treatment of patients
• Train and educate patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises and activities of daily living
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions
• Manage inventory
• Maintain a clean and efficient office environment
• Travel to other offices if necessary and cross-train for front desk operations

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfortable interacting with patients daily in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, move, and assist with equipment and patients as required
• Organized with attention to detail and basic computer proficiency

Qualifications

• Outpatient rehab experience and/or an Exercise Science or related field is ideal
• EMR experience is a plus
