Physical Therapy Aide
About the role
Supports Physical Therapists in providing patient care in a clinical setting. Assists with patient assessments, treatments, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers
- Help with exercises and stretches
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment
- Document patient progress and activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Passing score on a background check
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
