About the role

We are a leading provider of physical therapy services dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries, regain mobility, and improve their quality of life. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapy Aide who will support our mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists with patient care activities
• Perform routine patient care tasks such as hygiene, medication administration, and equipment setup
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Organize patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged standing

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged standing
