Physical Therapy Aide – InReach Physical Therapy (PRN)

Location: 936 SE Oak St, Hillsboro, OR 97123

As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by attending to patient needs during transitional periods of therapy.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks during downtime, including answering phones, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, processing counter payments, filing, and faxing.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment, including daily equipment cleaning, table cleaning, laundry, and stocking supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to assisting individuals in need.

Pay

$15–$17 per hour, based on experience and skill set.

Schedule

Part‑time. Clinic hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 7 am to 7 pm; Tuesday, Thursday – 7 am to 4 pm.
