Responsibilities
- Aid physical therapists with patient preparation and treatment setup
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and equipment
- Prepare modalities and exercise equipment as directed
- Escort patients to and from treatment areas
- Schedule appointments and assist with front desk tasks as needed
- Stock supplies and ensure clinic readiness throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
- Follow all safety, HIPAA, and clinic protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical office preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Interest in healthcare or rehabilitation is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients as needed
