About the role
Shifts Available: Mon-Fri 7am-12pm, Tue 1pm-7pm
Position Summary
The Rehabilitation Aide will assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians by performing requested administrative and clinical duties. Duties include greeting patients, assisting physical therapists, and maintaining clinic areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and performs related tasks under supervision.
- Assists physical therapists during treatments and administers treatments as directed.
- Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients practicing exercises and functional activities.
- Maintains restrooms and other areas, restocking supplies as needed.
- Assists with phone calls, appointment scheduling, and chart/filing duties.
- May order and maintain inventory of non-medical and medical supplies.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, with preferred internship experience.
- Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional patient/client satisfaction.
- Energetic and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).
- Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting/carrying as needed.
Work Environment
Internal office environment. Noise level is usually low.
