Pay

• Physical Therapist: $43.73 – $56.58/hour
• Occupational Therapist: $41.51 – $53.72/hour
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday with weekend rotation (every 6–8 weeks)
• Start and end your day from home

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide physical or occupational therapy services in the home to help patients achieve optimal functioning.
• Evaluate and treat individuals with functional deficits due to neurologic, orthopedic, and medical conditions.
• Teach patients and caregivers to become independent with treatments and self-management of chronic illnesses.
• Coordinate an interdisciplinary plan of care with nursing, therapy, social work, aides, and dieticians.
• Minimal weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements

• Current NYS PT or OT license and registration.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a PT or OT, preferably inpatient or homecare.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
