Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Specialty certification (OCS, CSCS, or similar) preferred but not required
• Strong desire for continuous professional growth and clinical mastery

• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
• Demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning in patient care decisions

• Participate in mentorship programs as a mentor or mentee
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
