Responsibilities

Pay
Compensation – $45 per completed evaluation / $30 per completed follow‑up visit

Schedule Options: Part Time (1‑29 hours) • Full Time (30‑40 hours) • Weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings available
Qualifications
- Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
