Physical Therapist - Visit Based Earnings
About the Role
Join the Benchmark Physical Therapy team for a flexible income opportunity in outpatient orthopedic care in Kingston Springs, TN. Under our Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) model, you control your caseload while we provide the tools and support to help you succeed. This role offers autonomy over your time, income, and work-life balance—whether you want to keep your skills sharp with part-time work or maximize earnings with a fuller schedule.
Pay
- $45 per completed evaluation
- $30 per completed follow-up visit
Schedule
- Flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle (evenings and weekends available)
- Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
- Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Requirements
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
