Physical Therapist - Virginia Beach, VA

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and Senior Living Communities, supporting mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
• Document patient progress within the EMR system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
• Utilize telehealth and virtual care to increase access to services

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic computer skills
• CPR certification

Physical demands
