About the Role
We encourage all Physical Therapists to pursue advanced board certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy, supported by continuing education and mentorship. This role offers structured career development, multiple pathways for growth (clinical excellence and leadership), and a care model designed for quality outcomes and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in Arizona)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

Pay
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually, plus up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and weekly bonuses based on patient volume.
