Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based physical therapy services to support patient recovery and manage chronic conditions,collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes,accurately documenting care in electronic medical records, and adhering to regulatory and facility policies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program,active Maryland PT license,BLS certification, and preferably, outpatient and orthopedic experience with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education. Key Duties involve working five 8-hour shifts, with potential to float between locations, providing patient-centered therapy services, and documenting care effectively.
