Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the Role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist position at an outpatient clinic to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate therapy services aimed at functional recovery. Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and support patient-centered outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Follow physician orders and ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Engage in professional growth and contribute to organizational safety and quality care initiatives.
• Supervise aides and students as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA physical therapy license.
• Outpatient therapy experience with skills in evaluations, goal setting, and treatment planning.
• Proficiency with documentation systems, medical necessity letters, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient musculoskeletal and post-surgical populations.
• Background in student supervision or educational activities.
• Additional certifications in outpatient orthopedics or manual therapy.
