Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role at a skilled nursing facility in Bloomington, IN, providing patient recovery and chronic condition management while experiencing a new location.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Contributing to patient care plans within a skilled nursing environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
• Active Indiana PT license
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Experience with restorative nursing, ADL training, and fall prevention preferred
• Ability to document clinical progress in electronic medical records preferred
