About the role

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovery and chronic condition management in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will provide therapy services to short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and SNF patients, with a focus on short-term needs as patient conditions fluctuate.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
• Address fluctuating patient conditions with a focus on short-term needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active state license in Physical Therapy
• BLS certification (possibly required)
• Prior experience in skilled nursing facilities or clinical rotations preferred
