About the role
We are seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in recovery and manage chronic conditions in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and developing treatment plans
- Providing therapy services
- Documenting patient progress
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts license
- BLS certification
Qualifications
Experience with geriatric populations, mobility assessment, and post-acute care documentation is preferred.
