Seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in outpatient clinics by evaluating, developing, and modifying treatment plans, while supervising therapy staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations
• Create and adjust treatment plans
• Document clinical notes
• Oversee therapy assistants and students

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Indiana license
• Possibly BLS certification

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal and post-operative care
• Excellent communication
• Ability to supervise staff

• 5x8 shift pattern
