About the role
Seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to provide skilled rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities
- Providing evidence-based physical therapy services
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Documenting patient progress and outcomes
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Maryland state physical therapy license
- Possible BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing settings is preferred
- Experience in geriatric rehabilitation and post-acute care
- Familiarity with documentation systems used in skilled nursing facilities
