Role Overview
Seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Delivering evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting patient recovery and functional improvement
- Working in a flexible schedule, with a guaranteed 30 hours initially
- Potential to float to other facilities as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification (may be required)
- Preferred experience with geriatric populations and SNF diagnoses
- Familiarity with documentation systems in skilled nursing settings
