About the Role
This position involves providing outpatient rehabilitation services as a traveling Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans, delegating therapy services, and documenting care in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality outpatient care with a focus on functional outcomes
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Delegate therapy services and ensure safe patient return to community activities
- Document care in compliance with regulations and clinic policies
- Provide patient and family education
- Participate in student programs and maintain professional standards
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license
- Experience in outpatient therapy
- Proficiency in documentation, goal writing, and electronic medical records
- Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop functional treatment plans
- Adherence to professional licensure, practice acts, and continuing education
Preferred Skills
- Supervising or mentoring students
- Travel therapy or contract experience
- Knowledge of safe patient handling protocols
