Role Overview: We seek a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. The role involves working in outpatient facilities with a 1:1 treatment model supported by PT techs. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institutionActive State License requiredPossibly BLS Certification from AHA or ARCPreferred experience in outpatient settings; open to new graduates Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, create tailored treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and document progress. Manage a typical patient load of 10–17 patients per day depending on shift length. Additional Details: Shifts include days with flexible hours (3x12, 4x10, or 5x8).
