Traveling Physical Therapist in Home Health, responsible for helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor progress
• Provide quality care to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
• Active State License required
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
