Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a traveling team serving home health patients. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, reassessments, and start-of-care visits to promote patient recovery and manage chronic conditions. The role requires thorough documentation, timely charting, and delivering high-quality home-based physical therapy services. Qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program a active license in Arkansas a current CPR/BLS certification a home health experience and familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Preferred skills include efficient documentation practices and experience with evaluations, reassessments, and treatment visits in home settings. Key duties involve providing evaluations and treatments within a flexible schedule, traveling within coverage areas, and maintaining documentation standards. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
