Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the Role

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapies such as therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and patient education. Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams to promote patient mobility and independence. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in interdisciplinary care planning. Contribute to patient recovery, safe discharges, and improved outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a hospital environment.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration and quality outcomes.
• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain high standards of documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Missouri state Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required).

• Experience in acute care or hospital settings.
• Skills in therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and mobility assessments.
