Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the Role

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in an outpatient clinic, providing care for patients recovering from orthopedic and other conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal functional outcomes while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and safety.
• Participate in performance improvement and student training activities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet patient goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Competency in 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Supervisory and mentoring experience is a plus.
• Experience with functional treatment planning and discharge goals preferred.
