Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, orthopedic‑focused physical therapy across diverse settings.
• Manage a patient volume of 8–14 patients per day.
• Deliver 1:1 patient care based on individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize the Web PT documentation system for accurate record‑keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license (mandatory).
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in outpatient and orthopedic therapy (essential).
• Proficiency with the Web PT documentation system.
