Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required
• Current driver's license required
• Agency-required liability insurance required
• Reliable transportation required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M – F 8am – 5pm
• Weekend rotation: no
• On call: none
• Territory: Greater Manchester
• Travel: approximately 300 miles per week
• Productivity expectation: 30 units weekly
• EMR: HCHB
